  • 401K (with company match) – The RTI! 401(k) Plan is designed

    contributions are made on a pretax basis. RTI! matches 20% of

    administrator offers 12 investment options plus a brokerage

    Vacation accrual is based on tenure with the company. RTI!s
    accrue 2 weeks in year 1, 3 weeks in year 5, and an

    to all employees at no cost (of 2 times their annual salary).
    Additional voluntary life insurance (available for dependents
    as well) can be purchased at group rates. In addition,
    company paid short-term disability (STD), and long-term
    disability (LTD) coverage is also provided.
